Got a group of 12 or more? You’ll get our discounted group rates:

Will there be training?
Absolutely! Our certified axe coaches start every session with a quick safety briefing and technique demo during your first few throws.
They’ll stick around (pun intended) the entire time to offer tips, answer questions, and help you nail that bullseye like a pro. 🎯
Do you have alcoholic drinks?
Yes! You can enjoy up to 2 drinks while you throw, and once your session’s done, you’re welcome to grab more and hang out.
We’ve got a wide selection of local beers and seltzers waiting for you, all ice cold and ready to go. 🍻
How old do you have to be?
All ages are welcome at Sea Axe!
Kids 8 and older can throw with a parent or guardian’s permission. If one of our coaches feels a minor isn’t quite ready to throw safely, they may be asked to sit out for safety reasons.
For kids under 8, we occasionally offer one-on-one training during slower times, with a parent or guardian present. To schedule a session for a young thrower, just give us a call at (253) 737-5942!
What do I need to bring when I come?
All you need is a pair of closed-toe shoes!
Forgot yours? No problem, we’ve got loaner shoes available at no extra cost, so you can still throw safely and have a great time. 👟🎯
Can I fill out the waivers online?
Yes, you can! Just click below before you arrive to save time at check-in.
Is it safe?
Safety First (and Always)
We’re proud to say we’ve had zero axe-cidents to date!
Well... except for the occasional splinter or someone grabbing the blade instead of the handle (it happens!).
At Sea Axe, safety is our top priority, and we’ve built the safest axe-throwing venue around.
Here’s how we keep things sharp and safe:
Fully enclosed cages to keep axes where they belong.
Anti-bounce barriers for extra peace of mind.
Safer wood-handled axes, which are less prone to bounce than rubber-handled metal ones.
Premium axe boards made from the best wood known to man for sticking axes, cutting down those pesky bounce-backs.
Curious what makes us stand out?

Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy during your visit.
Hosting a group event? We’ve got a list of axe-ceptional preferred catering partners ready to make your experience even better
How do our digital games work, and do we use real axes?
At Sea Axe, we throw real axes at real wood, no plastic props or gimmicks.
What makes us different is our interactive digital game system. We project dynamic games directly onto the target, turning axe throwing into a next-level experience.
Take aim at zombies, play axe-powered Duck Hunt, tic-tac-toe, and tons more. It’s real wood, real axes, and unreal fun. ⚔️💥
Can I rent the whole place?
Absolutely! You can rent out the entire venue for your private event, giving your group full access to all lanes and amenities.
Book directly by clicking here, or reach out at (253) 737-5942 or info@seaaxe.com to plan an unforgettable axe-perience! 🎯
Do you have games other than axe throwing?
We sure do! In addition to axe throwing, we’ve got air hockey, foosball, and skeeball available to play.
Planning an event? We can also set up additional games by request to keep the fun going between throws. 🎯🎉Do you have knife throwing?
Yes! We offer a variety of professional-grade throwing knives for you to enjoy, and there’s no extra charge to give them a throw. 🔪🎯
Cancellation Policy
To secure your reservation, a deposit is required. Here’s how our policy works:
Standard Reservations (fewer than 10 people)
Cancel up to 48 hours before your event for a full refund.
Between 48 and 24 hours, we can reschedule your event if needed.
Under 24 hours, your event is locked in. We’ll do our best to accommodate same-day rescheduling if possible, but it’s not guaranteed.
Large Groups (10 or more people)
The cancellation window is two weeks prior to the event.
Important Notes
Cancellations outside the policy window will result in a forfeited deposit.
If fewer people attend than were booked, you won’t be charged for no-shows unless your reserved lanes exceed your group size.
Each lane fits up to 5 throwers.
For example, if you booked 8 throwers (2 lanes) but only 4 attend, you’ll be charged for 6 throwers to cover the reserved space.
We’re here to make your experience as smooth as possible.
If you have any questions or need assistance, give us a call at (253) 737-5942!
Can I bring my own axe or knife?
Yes, if it’s the right kind!
If you’re an experienced thrower and have an axe that’s safe, well-balanced, and purpose-built for throwing, we’ll gladly inspect it before your session. If it meets axe-throwing safety standards, you’re good to go.
However, if it’s your first time throwing or you’re bringing an old garage axe, we can’t allow it for safety reasons.
Throwing knives must meet WKTL (World Knife Throwing League) standards, which you can review here
